Beermats for Balls

For the past two years, Claire has been delighted to take part in Beermats for Balls—a fundraising project by the testicular cancer charity Cahonas, where artists are invited to illustrate beer mats to be auctioned for a good cause.

Royal London Hospital Signage

Claire was commissioned by Vital Arts to illustrate signage for the children’s day care waiting room. The aim was to gently remind visitors not to eat in the space, as many young patients are Nil by Mouth before surgery. She created a cheeky team of “Grub-busters” to patrol the area—bright, playful characters printed on vinyl who still keep watch to this day.

Claire draws in her sketchbook every day – sometimes creating up to ten drawings in one sitting, often exploring a theme. Here’s a selection from the past few months.
